Our Standard line is robust, and chances are one of our designs will speak to your project. Still want something off-menu? We shine at customized designs- we’ll work off your brief or create something that works for your needs.
Project requirements
Get a quote
Based on what you've told us, along with any considerations or questions we have. We might ask if there is any wiggle room in your dimensions, if we think it will make more efficient use of material (and therefore money.)
Shop Drawing
It lays out how the design will look within your dimensions, along with any cutouts or other considerations. A great time to discuss adjustments or ideas before production.
Production
After receiving the starting deposit and a delivery window, we create the Production File and mill the puzzle pieces so they will fit together perfectly with inconspicuous seams.
Shipped to your site
Each puzzle piece is labeled with where it fits in the project, and get securely flat-packed or crated for safe travel. We include a clear diagram showing how the labeled pieces go together.
User-friendly installation
The (more) fun part! Your project comes to life as it is installed piece-by-piece before your eyes. With our puzzle piece assembly logic, this takes a fraction of the time of tile or stone.
